Graphical apps are a pain to enable on non-NixOS due to OpenGL library stuff.

Figure out a solution so that aspects like gnucash, shell, etc. can be fully enabled on non-NixOS systems.

Or, migrate every system onto NixOS and declare this obsolete 😄
